Well - Does It?

The 'front page' of Politics Home' (at 00:01) states:
"A leaked letter from the ministry of justice says the department expects their £9bn budget to be cut by £2bn. The letter, from the department's director of finance to its civil servants says cuts "will mean we have to look at every opportunity to work differently and better. It will also mean there will have to be less of us." The public and commercial services union said that would translate to a loss of 150,000 jobs and that the criminal justice system would "simply not be able to cope" with such reductions."

Final thought for the day: Does 'It will also mean there will have to be less of us' include Ken Clarke?
