Here we go again - another pronouncement by a Government Minister to take our minds of other pressing matters.
Whilst, no doubt, Fox is attempting to negate cuts to his budget, no mention is made of a nuclear explosion within our atmosphere, which is just as possible. The result of this would mean that the poor unfortunates directly underneath probably won't have to trouble themselves too much about loss of internet, telephone, electricity grids, transport or much else. Perhaps a small one over Westminster - just to solve the plague of twits we currently suffer?
On the other hand, the blast would no doubt vapourise those whirly-gig thingies - so every cloud, nuclear or otherwise, does indeed have a silver lining!
