Undeniably the scientists have questions to answer, but then so do our the politicians who 'signed-up' to a policy more in tune with the rantings - and mumbo-jumbo - of witchdoctors.
One can only hope that once the facts 'sink in' with the electorate - the cost and lack of energy provision that will befall us - those political advocates will receive their well-earned 'cum-uppance', come the next election.
Unfortunately by then the Great British Public will no doubt have fallen for yet another political scam - one involving Devolution of Power, the Big Society, or even that the moon is really made of cheese and as cheese is in short supply we had better spend trillions getting back there!
Afterthought: Do these idiots that have wormed their way into positions of power - at Brussels, national and local level - have a hidden Common Purpose?
