Simon Heffer, writing in the Telegraph, has an article well worth savouring, purely for the truths it states.
"How much longer is the disfranchised Right of the Tory party going to endure such humiliations and contempt before it remembers that it, too, has a mandate? The two-decades-old faultlines probably cannot be repaired. Perhaps Mr Cameron does feel more comfortable in the company of Mr Clegg and his "pragmatic" Leftists. But if he does, where does that leave the rest of his party? For, believe me, Ireland is not going to be the final test of their indulgence."This article reiterates what I have been maintaining for some time; that (a) Cameron is intent on the creation of a new party, the Liberal Conservative Party; and (b) it really is time for the 'so-called' Eurosceptic members of the Conservative Party to 'put up' or 'shut up'! If those Conservative MPs really believed in Conservative principles of old, then they would be off like a shot into the UKIP camp!
