The Guardian is reporting, on the above, that a video shot by an American in London on business shows an 'unprovoked' attack on Tomlinson by the police. The newspaper are promising a 'full investigation' in tomorrows edition.
The autopsy carried out by the Home Office pathologist may well show his death was due to a heart attack, but the question must arise as to Tomlinson's general state of health and what other factors may have contributed to his death.
From the video, in the article above, it would seem the deliberate push by the police officer is unwarranted and can be described as 'heavy handed'.
Until full details are known - and one can only hope that the IPCC will conduct a fair and 'independent' inquiry - it is hoped that condemnation and apportionment of blame will be held in abeyance.
However, if the police are found to be culpable of 'misconduct' one can but hope that the disciplinary 'punishment fits the crime'.

Heart attack or not, that mans death was directly brought about by that policemans actions and by his, and others, failure to assist. Tactics and Techniques and Training as promototed by limited company ACPO.
Happily this particular killing occured before Straws Coronors Court Cover-Up Bill comes into force.
