A Pertinent Question

The Daily Telegraph is reporting that Vaclav Klaus, the Czech President and sole remaining leader in the European Union not to have signed the document, conceded that despite his personal opposition to the treaty, it was now too late to stop it.

Do we have to wait for the actual signing, thus providing the Boy Dave with more time to 'embellish' his fudge of a answer policy fairy story?

We are waiting, Mr. Cameron, we are waiting......................

Update: A further report from the Daily Telegraph here.
