Conservative Spending Plans

With all the talk by David Cameron and the Conservative Party on the subject of spending plans, cutting the deficit, taking 'hard decisions', etc etc, has anyone spotted an omission?

With the planned continuation of the usurpation of power to the EU, outlined here, there is going to be an explosion of referenda. Well, there will be if Cameron's promise cast-iron gurantee statement on the future transfer of power to the EU is to be believed.

Can't see any mention of the increased costs for all these referenda in the Conservative spending plans. But then of course, as this is 'EU matters', it is something that Mr. Cameron will do anything to avoid discussing.
