Buying The Daily Telegraph Has Become A Waste Of Money

For a newspaper which for ages was considered to offer balanced, incisive reporting it really has plumbed the depths of journalism.

In the editorial today, discussing immigration, is written: "For the Conservatives, Mr Brown's intervention offers the opportunity denied them at the last election to set out a clear and credible policy for reducing the level of net immigration. Yet their timidity on the issue is as glaring as Labour's. Voters are ready for a mature debate, yet David Cameron has denied them one for fear of reviving accusations that the party is somehow racist."

WTF! How can Cameron not show timidity on the issue when his hands are tied by his enforced adherence to EU 'rules'. The question of immigration is but yet another example, amongst many, why the three main party leaders will not discuss the subject - were the public to realise the true situation it would become only too obvious exactly how powerless our politicians actually are when it comes to governing our country!
