Cameron to Resign?

Politics Home is reporting that David Cameron has stated he wishes to bring joy into people's souls, amongst other things.

The only way Cameron would bring joy into people's souls - and Tory supporters and members - would be if he stepped down as leader of the Tory party. That way the country would be able to vote for a Tory party which, at present, must surely fall foul of the Misrepresentation Act 1967.
