Britain must take back control of its own laws is the headline of the editorial leader in today's Sunday Telegraph which discusses the effect that the European Court of Human Rights has on how laws are interpreted in this country.
This newspaper, like its midweek edition, fails to make the point that not only must control of our own laws be achieved, but also control of what laws are introduced.
Needless to say there is no mention of the latter point, or of the fact we need to withdraw from membership of the European Union to be able to govern ourselves.
And this newspaper believes itself to be at the forefront of journalism?
