David Cameron's 'policy' and his hope for a 'EU-Free' conference would appear to have just had a torpedo below the water-line if this is anything to go by!
Most telling is this statement from Vaclav Klaus:
"I’m afraid that the people of Britain should have been doing something really much earlier and not just now, too late, saying something and waiting for my decision,”
Ouch!
So much for hand-written, pleading letters!
