So blogs Paul Waugh commenting that "Cam runs away from Paxo" - and demonstrating that Cameron really is scared of the possibility of being given a 'hard time'.

He does have form though, having three times, last year, declined a public debate in his own constituency on Britain's membership of the European Union!
