Just How Many No: 1 Priorities Can A Man Have?

On 12th July we are told:
"On a visit to a hospital in central London, David Cameron insisted health service reforms could save another 10,000 lives every year. The Prime Minister explained that the NHS remained his "number one priority", and said the Government aimed to cut bureaucracy by "almost half" in the next four years."
On 16th July we are told:
"Mr Cameron said his number one priority for his first year in office was the war in Afghanistan."
So come on iDave - which is your number 1 priority? Or is that an unfair question, on the basis you obviously don't know yourself?
