According to the BBC website:

"The Czech PM, Jan Fischer, has told EU leaders he fully expects his country to ratify the EU's Lisbon Treaty by the end of this year."

So then, within minutes of this being formally confirmed, we can expect a statement from David Cameron and William Hague setting out exactly what they intend to do?
