Thoughts For The Day

One for the electorate:
"Those who desire to give up freedom in order to gain security will not have, nor do they deserve, either one."
 One for our politicians:
"If you would not be forgotten, once you are dead and rotten, either write things worth reading or do things worth the writing."
If only we could manage to have the electorate and politicians remember both, just think what a country the United Kingdom would be!
