Ten months ago, or thereabouts, Dan Hannan and Douglas Carswell published their paper 'The Plan' which, amongst a range of subjects, discusses changes that they consider are needed to the NHS in order to improve it. Even six months later, the screams of 'shock horror' from the 'Left' were most noticable by their absence.
Of those complaining the loudest, one has to wonder how many of them have read this work and if they have, did they actually understand what they read?
To all those critics of Dan Hannan, in respect of his remarks about the NHS, may I suggest they purchase a copy (only £10 I believe) and read pages 97-115!
