This link should be a required 'daily read' for all those politicians who believe that Britain should maintain a 'presence' in that country, especially those who cannot ensure that our Armed Forces have the 'resources' that are required!
Defence of the Realm has a most appropriate post on this problem and whilst, as the post says, Parliament may be on holiday - the media is not nor, more importantly, is the blogosphere!
