From the New York Times comes this interesting article which discusses the possibility that Vaclav Klaus, the Czech president, may still not sign the Lisbon Treaty.
"Klaus is the ultimate provocateur and would relish the opportunity to create a mess and to see Brussels officials go ballistic,” said Jaroslav Plesl, deputy editor of the Czech daily Lidove Noviny.."
Go Klaus, Go........................Do it, refuse to sign. Please - pretty please?
