It Is Not Just The 'Expenses' Saga!

The Guardian reports that according to Transparency International, Britain is seen 'as more corrupt' and it is due in part, according to the newspaper, to the 'Expenses Saga'. Lets face it, the 'Expenses Saga' is but one effect arising from the decline of what might be termed 'social standards' that has taken place during the last few decades.

As a teenager I can remember when, for example, our politicians, police, judiciary were all 'respected', to the extent that they were held 'in awe' because of their wisdom and knowledge. Not so today! Politicians have damaged the UK with their 'social engineering' in just about every facet of our society; the police in general - and especially those at the top - appear to believe they are a law unto themselves; our judiciary are now controlled and beholden to rulings by foreign courts.

And all three scratch their heads and wonder why society and the UK is in a downward spiral...............

Never mind, they will probably remember why when their necks are being metaphorically, or physically, stretched!

Actually I don't think so - they don't give a damn as long as their paycheck and pensions come through...
