Three Years To The Olympics!

Not long to wait now, as was 'trumpeted' during the past week.

And there is the Government hoping that this great event will encourage thousands of young people to participate in sport and in so doing produce some future Olympians.

Hang on, but isn't this the same Government that has been selling off school playing fields for the past 10 years?

That same government that looked askance at school sports days in case some poor child came in second, third or, heaven forbid, last?

As Terry Wogan says in today's Sunday Telegraph - just a thought.....................
