UKIP is the first party to publish its full manifesto, as well as individual policies. This may have something to do with the fact that the party sees no need to wait for the details of the forthcoming budget as a political manifesto should deal with general issues. No doubt one of the other parties will nick something from it and claim it as their own! Nothing new there then!
