The BBC reports that Douglas Carswell and Caroline Lucas (I retract earlier aspersions - maybe she is not as green as she makes out) have joined forces to present a series of amendments to the Bill going through Parliament to give voters "fullest range of options possible" in the referendum on how we should elect our MPs.
