The Big Question

David Blackburn, writing on Coffee House in respect of Cameron and the EU question says "There is a sense that Cameron is not in control of this issue, which is a gift to UKIP [and Labour.]"

The problem is, will Ukip plant the ball into the open goal with which they have been presented - and, in so doing, put the 'game' beyond Cameron's reach?
